Pažnja je posebno usmjerena na parove odnosno njihove bolje polovice. Justin Timberlake pratio je svoju suprugu glumicu Jessicu Biel, glazbenik John Legend, koji je nastupio tijekom ceremonije, došao je u pratnji lijepe supruge i modela Chrissy Teigen, a Keith Urban bio je najzaljubljeniji suprug crvenog tepiha i podrška supruzi Nicole Kidman koja je bila i nominirana za najbolju žensku sporednu ulogu dok je pobjednika večeri, mladog redatelja Damiena Chazella koji je osvojio zlatni kipić za najboljeg redatelja filma "La La Land", dopratila djevojka Olivia Hamilton . Ovo su neodoljivi parovi s crvenog tepiha sinoćnje dodjele Oscara.
