Ne znamo koji komad je bolji: Novom kolekcijom Chanel vraća u prošlost, a scenografijom ostavlja bez daha

U Parizu je predstavljena Chanelova Métiers d'art pre-fall kolekcija, prva koju je Virginie Viard u potpunosti stvorila bez kreativnog uplitanja Karla Lagerfelda.

Svaka ljubiteljica mode željela je sjediti u prekrasnom baroknom prostoru Grand Palaisa u Parizu i pratiti modele u novim kreacijama modne kuće Chanel. Raskošna scenografija poslužila je dizajnerici Virginie Viard kao pista na kojoj je predstavljena nova pre-fall kolekcija za sezonu 2019/2020. U Grand Palaisisu rekreiran je stan i salon u kojem je svoje vrijeme provodila Gabrielle Chanel, pa je ova modna revija dijelom odala počast dizajnerici.

Iako je Viard već predstavila nekoliko kolekcija nakon što je preminuo Karl Lagerfeld, ovu koja nas vraća u 90-e godine posvetila je modnoj kući Chanel kakva ona u suštini je. Kroz kolekciju se prožimaju prepoznatljivi detalji ovoga brenda, poput tvida, bisernih detalja, lanaca i loga pa je dojam kolekcije potpuno vintage. Elegancija i ženstvenost su u prvom planu, posebno naglašeni kroz materijale kao što su svila, krojevi prate liniju tijela, a modeli spajaju sofisticirani izgled s dozom nenametljive senzualnosti.

Iako se na pisti izmjenjuju crna, zlatna i bijela boja, naglasak je stavljen na ružičastu, osobito na odijelo rađeno od tvida s kratko rezanim sakoom.
