J.Lo ima opaku konkurenciju: Halle Berry je pokazala trbušne mišiće i ostavila nas bez daha

Američka glumica svima je poželjela sretan fitness petak i pohvalila se trbušnjacima za koje je naporno vježbala, no kako kaže, isplatila se svaka sekunda teških treninga.

Glumica Halle Berry u 54. godini je jedna od onih koja se može pohvaliti nevjerojatnim izgledom, isklesanom figurom i tvrdim trbušnjacima. Za svoju dobru liniju glumica poznata kao "Žena mačka" je naporno radila pa se s rezultatima ponekad i pohvali na društvenim mrežama te motivira sve svoje pratitelje.

U kratkom roku skupila je veliki broj lajkova i pozitivnih komentara na fotografiju iz teretane. Za novi projekt na kojem radi posvetila se borilačkim vještinama, odnosno MMA-ju, zbog uloge boksačice. Svakoga petka glumica je počela motivirati svoje pratitelje koji se žele pokrenuti fotografijama iz teretane, onima na kojima izvodi jogu i slično, uz motivacijske poruke.

Jedan od trikova za dobru liniju jedne od najljepših žena Hollywooda je kombiniranje različitih treninga kako ne bi upala u monotoniju. Njezin trener još 2018. godine otkrio je neke njezine tajne.

"Imala je popis s dijelovima tijela na kojima želi poraditi pa smo napravili plan s kojim je bilo nemoguće pogriješiti...vježbamo box, kickboxing, Muay Thai... Radi na snazi i na kondiciji", izjavio je Peter koji je s Halle vježbao pet puta tjedno. Uz to, Halle povremeno posti, ne jede nakon osam navečer, pridržava se keto dijete zbog dijabetesa te uzima razne vitaminske suplemente kao što su B12, C i kalcij te magnezij.
